C Change Creativity Collaborative

Ellesmere Port

The lead school for C Change (St Bernard’s Primary and Nursery School) is based in Ellesmere Port. For many years now it has had a very successful partnership with Theatre Porto. This partnership has now grown and working alongside Curious Minds and Cheshire West and Chester Council, a new organisation has been formed- Ellesmere Port Cultural Learning Exchange.

EPCLE works closely with schools and cultural organisations in the local area to improve the provision for high quality arts, cultural and creative experiences for the young people in the area.

Take a look at their latest project- Wonder Classroom.

Artsmark Town

Nurture young minds

The potential of young minds is incredible. A good teacher is able to raise a students' curiosity so that they’re not just learning; they’re questioning, debating and taking a real interest in what is being taught. A good teacher is also able to reach out to those who sometimes struggle to understand a concept, because they know there’s nothing more rewarding than when that student suddenly ‘gets it’.1
